We process the data provided in the QULMAN application testing sign-up form in order to receive and handle your application, verify the company, tax ID (NIP) and type of activity, contact you regarding the tests, grant or refuse access, and protect the QULMAN application against unauthorized access. The basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR with respect to actions taken at your request, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR with respect to our legitimate interest in access control, application security and know-how protection. Providing the data marked as mandatory is voluntary but necessary to handle your application. Submitting the form does not guarantee that access to the application will be granted.
